As a Heavy Duty Mechanic Apprentice , you will perform some or all of these duties as trained and directed by our Senior Red Seal Mechanic.

C ompletion of truck & trailer service and repairs and ensuring readiness for shop departure.

I nspect equipment for proper fluid levels, add fluids as necessary and replace filters.

L ubricate equipment.

C onduct routine and preventive maintenance on all trucks & trailers.

I dentify and report mechanic issues to senior mechanic.

A dvise senior mechanic on work performed, general equipment condition and future repair requirements.

M aintain records and reports of all maintenance performed.

O bserve all common safety practices.

P erform other related duties as assigned or requested.

A bide by all company policies and safety regulations.
