This role is integral to the Food & Beverage team, focusing on all concession operations across events in the complex. Your leadership will ensure high standards in food quality and service efficiency, working collaboratively with staff and management to achieve outstanding experiences for attendees throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise operations for sporting events and concerts
• Train and support the frontline concessions team
• Ensure adequate stock and staffing for events
• Assess guest satisfaction and food quality




• Manage inventory and labor costs effectively

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in food service
• Supervisory experience in high-volume settings preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Valid Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications
• Robust communication for effective team engagement
