Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential personal care and first aid interventions
• Supervise and engage groups of up to 15 children
• Implement play-based learning in line with the YMCA curriculum

Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPR and First Aid certification within 90 days of hire
• Minimum of two shifts available each week
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to work outdoors for various activities
