and general ledger accountsManage accounts payable and accounts receivable activitiesBuild and maintain positive relationships while providing excellent client serviceUtilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial information and generate reportsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experienceExperience preparing year-end working papersKnowledge of GST filings and payroll processing, including T4 preparationExperience managing client accounts and maintaining skilled client relationshipsProficiency with accounting software, including QuickBooks Online/DesktopStrong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processesHigh attention to detail with excellent organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independentlyBonus Points For:Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldExperience working in a public practice or accounting firmFamiliarity with additional accounting software such as SageExperience preparing financial statements or assisting with corporate year-end processesRight People.
