As an intern within Group Risk Management, you’ll play a key role in managing operational risks by updating program records, coordinating training efforts, and monitoring compliance as part of the 1LOD team. You’ll have the opportunity to innovate processes and contribute to the organization’s risk management strategy, while also engaging in a collaborative learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Update and validate ORM program records
• Conduct change initiative risk assessments
• Track 2LOD oversight requests and compliance issues




• Centralize management of IT and Maverick findings
• Create and support operational risk training initiatives

Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in risk analysis and control
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication abilities
• Problem solver with a focus on operational efficiency
• Familiarity with change management principles is a plus
