Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality service to personal lines clients
• Manage requests for policy changes and inquiries
• Review and recommend coverages to clients
• Assist clients in reporting claims with carriers
• Quote coverages and communicate premium options

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in personal lines insurance
• Valid RIBO license in good standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
• Ability to work full time with rotating Saturdays
