Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned asrequired)
Complete assigned daily prep items with high quality and fresh ingredients




Createand designbread, cakes andviennoiseunderthe directionofthePastry Chef
Work closely with teammates to support the completion of daily cleaning tasks
Maintaina highlevelofattention to detail with regards to product presentation and design
Ability to multi-taskin a team-oriented workplace;ask for support and support others
Maintain an organized and clean prep/work area
Sample ingredients, mix, andfinishproducts,ensuringstandards, quality and createdflavourprofiles are met
Meetproduction schedules and timelines
Required Experience & Qualifications: Completionof a designated culinary school
Minimum3 years’baking/pastry work experience
Ability to multi-task and have an eye for detail
Organized and able to work under pressure ina very busyenvironment
Flexible working hours, including weekend and evenings
7:00 a.m. - 3:30 pm
