This full time role requires exact handling, receiving, and inventory of parts, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless communication between staff. You will actively participate in production meetings, providing essential information to enhance workflow and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Verify accuracy of all received parts against vendor invoices
• Organize and mark parts storage per work order numbers
• Document and communicate returned parts to management




• Enter and scan all incoming invoices upon receipt
• Monitor daily status of incoming parts

Requirements:
• Valid legal status to work in Canada
• Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of Summit
• Strong communication skills required
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
