• Recommend appropriate parts, accessories, and maintenance solutions
• Prepare quotes and efficiently process customer orders
• Communicate pricing, availability,



and order status updates
• Educate customers on preventative maintenance programs

Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills

• Experience in dealership or heavy equipment environments
• Proficient in CRM and inventory systems
• Valid G-Class driver's license with lifting capability
