Overview Oversees childcare programming, ensuring developmental, licensing, and safety standards are met. Supports staff, manages schedules, and builds strong relationships with families and community partners.
What You’ll Do Lead childcare program planning and staff coordination.
Ensure safety, licensing, and quality standards are followed.
Engage parents and build community partnerships.
Conduct reporting and support continuous improvement.
Prerequisites Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 70% average in required subjects.
Early Childhood Education (ECE) training recommended.
