Drive community support through The Salvation Army as the Gifts of Hope Program Coordinator. This role requires coordination, outreach, and participant engagement primarily during the holiday season.

This temporary position involves managing registration days while conducting initial assessments and assisting applicants in need. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all registrations are processed accurately, utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting while reinforcing the organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead Gifts of Hope registration activities
• Assist with initial assessments for program participants
• Validate applicant information to prevent service duplication




• Record essential details accurately in Link2Feed
• Develop training materials for volunteers

Requirements:
• Completion of high school; social services diploma considered
• At least one year of experience in community-related services
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data management systems
• Must hold a valid BC driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
