Availability on one of these dates is required to proceed. Monday - Friday Pay rate: $22/hr. What You’ll Do: • Own the AR process from invoicing to collections — no dropped balls. • Pull and send daily reports, invoices, and client statements. • Post, verify, and record payments (EFTs, cheques, credit cards, etc.) accurately and on time. • Keep dealership accounts up to date — Edmonton, Saskatoon, and area. • Stay on top of aging reports, chargebacks, write-offs, and reconciliations. • Access SGI portal for remittance processing and confirmations. • Manage credit applications, adjustments, and account clean-ups. • Provide general admin support to the Projects Team as needed. • Someone who’s proactive, persistent, and not afraid to make the tough calls. • Strong organizational skills — you’ll juggle a lot and keep it all straight. • Tech savvy: MS Office pro (Excel especially). • Detail-oriented, accurate, and sharp under pressure. • Excellent communicator — clear, professional, and assertive when needed. • Team player, but independent enough to drive things without hand-holding.
