Building Superintendent

Duties

Oversee and manage all aspects of building operations and maintenance

Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and contractors

Conduct regular inspections to ensure the building is in compliance with safety regulations

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems

Respond to tenant requests and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Manage building budgets and expenses

Coordinate and schedule repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections

Requirements

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with tenants





Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems

Ability to fabricate basic repairs or modifications as needed

Proven experience in building operations or facility management

Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes

Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
