Job Description / Duties

First point of contact in helping customers in person and over the phone with MPI, Travel, and basic Personal Lines insurance needs.

Educating and guiding clients to protect what matters most to them while building lasting relationships.

Collaborating with teammates in a supportive and friendly environment.

Continuously learning and growing your product and industry knowledge.

Finding opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell by truly understanding clients’ needs.

Bringing a positive and team focused attitude to the office every day.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Level 1 General Insurance License (MPI-IWS Certified) and preferred previous experience in MPI Services.

Experience with EPIC software and insurance company portals is a bonus!

Strong communication and relationship-building skills (you love helping people).

A professional, reliable, and team oriented attitude.

A self-starter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

A knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
