Strides Toronto is seeking five casual ABA Therapists. In this position, you will deliver group and individual sessions focusing on communication, social skills, and emotional regulation. You will also help train caregivers to promote skill generalization at home, ensuring a comprehensive support system for each child.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individual or group ABA therapy sessions
• Maintain communication with caregivers post-session
• Create behavior plans based on assessments
• Develop and implement caregiver training sessions
• Maintain accurate records of client data

Requirements:
• 3-year diploma or Bachelor's in Behavioral Science
• 2 years of experience with youth and autism
• Understanding of autism and ABA principles
• Knowledge of Ontario Autism Program
• Familiarity with community resources
