The Auto Body Technician is a key team member responsible for performing structural and non-structural repairs on vehicles. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while ensuring quality and productivity metrics are achieved. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan effectively
• Repair vehicle body panels and structural components
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles with precision
• Conduct welding repairs on vehicle parts
• Collaborate with team members to meet repair KPIs

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
• Completion of an Auto Body Repair Program
• Valid driver’s license and own toolbox
• Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs
• Welding experience in MIG and TIG
