Be part of Juniper Tree Nursery’s mission as a Sow Line and Transplant Operator, responsible for the production of 25 million seedlings each year with advanced equipment. This role requires technical expertise and physical stamina.

Based in Juniper, NB, you will be tasked with operating various types of sowing equipment, including the high-tech TTA Flex planter. Candidates with earlier exposure to greenhouse or manufacturing environments are preferred. The job demands good dexterity and the ability to lift heavy loads occasionally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate sowing equipment such as seeders and soil loaders
• Manage the TTA Flex planter with grading systems
• Utilize forklifts and material handlers in daily tasks
• Provide support in different roles at the nursery

Requirements:
• Experience not necessary; training will be provided
• Previous experience in related fields is a plus
• Solid eyesight and dexterity are required
• Familiarity with production control systems is advantageous
• Must reliably lift up to 50 lbs
