Take charge as a Health, Safety, and Wellness Manager in this full time hybrid role. You will play a crucial part in enhancing employee health and safety support throughout the organization.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position will manage health and safety programs, oversee workplace wellness initiatives, and promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies. Your background in WHMIS and WSIB is critical, and you’ll lead various health and safety committees to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and enhance health and safety initiatives
• Supervise the administration of wellness programs
• Conduct safety training and coordinate health events
• Collaborate on DEI strategies and employee feedback
• Monitor workplace injury and illness trends

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in HR focused on health and safety
• Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline
• Familiarity with Ontario health regulations
• WSIB case management experience essential
• Capacity to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships
