Human Resources Generalist at Hearing Solutions Role: Clinic Services Associate
Location: Humber River Hospital

As a Clinic Services Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, making a real difference in their lives. You'll have the opportunity to work in our pediatric hearing clinic, supporting children with their hearing needs. What You'll Do:
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
Assist patients with third-party funding and insurance claims
Keep client records organized and assist with general office tasks
Ensure the clinic is clean, organized and welcoming for all patients
What you bring:
A positive energy and can-do mindset




Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
1+ year in a customer-facing role (healthcare or retail preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in other languages is a plus!
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn various systems and applications
