This role focuses on requirements leadership, regulatory projects including LCTR and CTR, and data lineage, mapping, and modeling activities within a complex banking workplace. The position offers exposure to enterprise AML programs, transaction monitoring, and customer risk rating initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.

Must Haves 8-10 years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
AML , KYC , CDD , FINTRAC , LCTR , and STR regulatory reporting knowledge
Transaction Monitoring , Customer Risk Rating , data lineage ,



data quality , and source to target mapping experience
JIRA , Confluence , SharePoint , Visio , and Microsoft Project proficiency
University degree in business, finance or related discipline
Nice to Have AML sanctions certifications
AML sanctions framework and regulatory scrutiny knowledge
Responsibilities Lead requirements work packages for strategic and regulatory projects
Develop delivery approaches and work plans aligned to project milestones
Manage requirements interdependencies across multiple work streams and projects
Establish processes to ensure requirements documentation is complete, accurate, compliant, and testable
Engage stakeholders to obtain agreement and signoff on deliverables
Identify, document, and validate current state processes and capabilities
Analyze impacts to customers, stakeholders, employees, processes, technology, and budgets
