As a full time Client Service Agent, you will provide vital administrative support in the Public Veterinary Services team. Your responsibilities include answering client inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating seamless appointment scheduling. You will embody the organization’s mission by ensuring that both clients and animals receive compassionate and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel public on veterinary care and support services
• Accept and process payments while issuing receipts
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate medical records




• Coordinate communication between clients and staff
• Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace atmosphere

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service experience of at least 1 year
• Proficient usage of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
