This seasonal, full-time position reports directly to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. As the ideal candidate, you possess a culinary diploma and two to three years of relevant experience. Your expertise in French culinary techniques combined with exceptional knife skills ensures every dish meets the highest quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily salad bars and appetizers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Follow health and safety standards rigorously
• Set up and manage buffets for meal services
• Monitor fridge and freezer temperatures daily

Requirements:
• Culinary diploma preferred
• Food Secure Certification and WHMIS required
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to work various shifts and in a team
