The GIS Specialist's main responsibility is to manage our Geographic Information System (GIS) databases. You will play a vital role in generating quality maps and visuals to support the McIlvenna Bay project, a key copper development initiative. Collaboration with geologists and data analysis will form the core of your contributions, enhancing decision-making processes and exploring innovations in data visualization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collate spatial data into the GIS portal
• Generate maps for stakeholders and press communications
• Maintain data integrity and naming conventions




• Customize GIS products from global datasets
• Collaborate with geoscientists on data integration

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geology, or GIS
• Proficient in GIS software like ArcGIS and QGIS
• Understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Solid SQL knowledge for data management
• Excellent communication skills to engage non-technical stakeholders
