Your Role, Your Impact Ensure scalable support systems for seamless rail operations across networks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system integration and performance

What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Robotics, Railway Engineering or other relevant discipline;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in previous rail fleet and infra systems engineering experience
performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on mechanical/electrical equipment
Proficiency in system integration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation
Robust understanding of rail operations, safety standards, and support processes
Knowledge of rolling stock equipment and/or infra maintenance
Excellent communication, teamwork,
and leadership skills for managing projects

Salary Range: The expected compensation for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
