Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct medical care and monitor patient conditions
• Implement individualized care plans based on assessments
• Conduct wound care management and telemetry monitoring
• Teach patients and families about health management
• Work closely with healthcare teams to align patient care
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Completion of an accredited nursing education program
• Experience providing direct patient care
• Specialized training or certification in pediatric nursing preferred
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems
