NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee and optimize production across day, afternoon, and night rotations, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to GMP/AIB standards.
You will conduct shift briefings, manage schedules and staffing, lead root cause analysis, monitor production data, and drive continuous improvement with Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma principles. Solid leadership and communication are essential.
