Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating the communication between business stakeholders and the development team. Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation.
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and use cases, to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance, to ensure a common understanding of project requirements and objectives.
Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to define test cases and ensure that the delivered solutions meet the specified business requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that expectations are aligned and project goals are met.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the business analysis function.
Skills Required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in business analysis are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related role, with a track record of successfully delivering business solutions.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating transparent and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements and process flows.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT systems and technologies to facilitate effective communication with development teams.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, adjusting analysis and solutions accordingly.
