Job description
Responsible for coordinating with the planner the flow of work throughout the R&O; Shop.
Ensure the availability of parts to meet flow requirements as well as customer expectations.
Entering batch reports into SAP system.
Track key performance indicators including TAT/OTD/WIP/Backlog Management and work order Management.
Create and maintain work orders within SAP by maintaining accurate entry/issuance of parts and inventory by providing the necessary documents for issuance of the parts.
Optimizes work processes to improve efficiency.
Create, maintain, and publish weekly status reports as required.
Liaise with other departments to ensure part availability.
Work closely with Supply Chain to resolve material shortages affecting repair schedules.
Communicate delays, and recovery plans to stakeholders.
Track component movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
Support quality and regulatory audits as required.
Willing to carry AOG phone after hours on a rotational basis.
Candidate skills & requirements
University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
2 to 3 years of experience in Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), aerospace, manufacturing, supply chain, or production planning.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Familiar with Canadian Aviation Regulations pertaining to airworthiness requirements an asset.
Salary: $58,400 to $72,900
