Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain innovative learning programs and tools
• Collaborate with leaders to identify learning needs




• Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual learning experiences
• Develop evaluation tools to measure learning impact
• Administer and optimize the Learning Management System

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in learning program design
• Strong facilitation skills for diverse audiences
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and evaluation practices
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Experience with digital learning technologies
