Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 15+ years of related industry/military experience
• 10+ years in defense training program development
• Proven leadership in complex, multidisciplinary environments
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
