Ctrl's missions increasingly run on the ground and under it - quadrupeds, crawlers, and confined-space systems operating where people shouldn't have to go.
As a Robot Operator you'll pilot and supervise uncrewed ground systems on industrial sites: substations, tunnels, plants, and remote assets. You'll own the mission from mobilization to data handoff.
Note: This role includes confined-space and industrial-site work. Safety training is provided and non-negotiable.
What You'll Do Operate ground robots and confined-space systems for inspection and mapping missions.
Configure sensor payloads - LiDAR, RGB, thermal, gas detection - per mission spec.
Execute site safety plans, lockout/tagout coordination, and confined-space entry protocols.
Monitor autonomy behavior and intervene cleanly when conditions change.
Deliver structured field data and mission logs into the Ctrl data pipeline.
Provide feedback to engineering on platform reliability and field ergonomics.
What You'll Bring 2+ years operating industrial robotics, ROVs, UGVs, or comparable uncrewed systems.
Confined-space entry and industrial safety training (or willingness to certify fast).
Mechanical aptitude - you can field-strip, trouble shoot,



and repair your platform.
Calm, methodical decision-making in degraded-comms and low-visibility conditions.
Willingness to travel to remote and northern sites.
RPAS certificate an asset - many missions pair ground and air systems.
