As the Interim Senior Vice President, you will report to the CEO and be instrumental in launching the new Applied Research Division focused on enhancing youth mental health outcomes. Collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team, you will craft strategies for funding and partnerships, ensuring the division’s alignment with the organization’s mission. Your efforts will shape research frameworks and influence community engagement practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Launch and spearhead the Applied Research Division
• Formulate strategies for partnerships with universities and NGOs
• Analyze existing data for insights to inform practices
• Implement mechanisms for stakeholder engagement
• Establish governance structures for research oversight
Requirements:
• 15+ years of leadership within healthcare or public sector
• Proven history in applying research and analytics
