Rippling is hiring a Senior HR Advisor, Escalations to serve as the central nerve center for high-severity Employer of Record escalations worldwide. You will lead cross-border employee relations, payroll and advantages issues, and partner with Legal and local HR teams to resolve complex scenarios.
You will be the strategic client contact during crisis moments, deliver transparent communications to executives, and drive structured triage, governance, and post-mortem improvements across time zones.
