Join Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Foundation as a Fundraising Manager and spearhead our efforts to generate a $2 million annual revenue pipeline. Your role will impact youth and communities across Ontario.

In this important position, you will leverage your experience in nonprofit fundraising to develop and implement strategies for grants, government funding, and community initiatives. Collaboration with internal teams is key, as well as building strong relationships with stakeholders. With over 5 years in fund development, your skills in project management and relationship management will drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and manage a $2 million diversified fundraising pipeline
• Lead the preparation of grant and proposal submissions




• Shape community and third-party fundraising programs
• Implement new systems for tracking fundraising progress
• Mentor the Coordinator focused on community engagement

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in fund development
• Demonstrated success in managing $1 million+ revenue streams
• Strong skills in grant writing and compliance management
• Excellent project management and organizational ability
• Robust communication skills and relationship-building expertise
