S I Systems is seeking a senior Quality & Defect Management Lead to drive defect governance across an investment platform transformation program. You will oversee SIT/UAT/ Parallel testing phases, establish severity frameworks, and govern defect lifecycles with cross-functional teams.
The role focuses on readiness assessments, quality metrics, and executive reporting to support release quality and financial integrity. Toronto-based with hybrid work model and EST hours.
