The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant, Performance and Job Architecture to provide strategic expertise in compensation, job design and performance management. You will lead organizational analysis and advise management on job design and structure.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation, you will manage job evaluation programs for union and non-union staff, conduct market research and develop policies.
