In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll work independently under the guidance of the Regional Aftermarket Service Manager. Your responsibilities include maintaining shop tools, ordering parts, and ensuring cleanliness in work areas. As a Regional Support role, you'll assist branches within the region and promote customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recondition and repair agricultural equipment at customer or shop locations
• Maintain accurate records for time, parts, and services
• Order necessary parts through local departments




• Maintain high standards for cleanliness and safety in the workspace
• Communicate professionally with branch staff and customers

Requirements:
• Solid technical skills and knowledge of safety practices
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship preferred
• Familiarity with the agriculture or construction industry
• Knowledge of New Holland equipment is a plus
• Ability to travel as needed for regional support
