Key Responsibilities:
• Propose and deliver consulting engagements across multiple sectors
• Support business and strategic planning initiatives
• Conduct detailed research, surveys, and interviews




• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for actionable insights
• Lead engagement teams and coach junior members

Requirements:
• 4-5 years of consulting experience in a client-service setting
• Experience with Indigenous organizations is an asset
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields
• Strong project management skills and communication
• Certifications like CMC or PMP preferred
