Support student development as a Child and Youth Care Specialist at Sardis Secondary School. This role focuses on enhancing behavioral skills through targeted interventions and collaborative efforts.

You will work closely with students experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges, ensuring they receive individualized guidance and support. Working alongside teachers and parents, you will implement meaningful behavior management programs that drive success and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing strategies for positive behavior
• Monitor and document progress in behavior management
• Collaborate with educational staff to enhance student services
• Conduct small group sessions to achieve behavior goals




• Organize and supervise engaging recreational activities

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent qualification
• Over one year of relevant experience in child support
• Valid B.C. Class 5 driver’s license
• Solid problem-solving and patience skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in sensitive situations
