Affirm is a remote-first company reinventing credit, seeking a Lead validator for Finance and Analytics models. You will perform independent validation of ALM, allowance/loss forecasting, loan transition models, and related analytics, while leading high-complexity validation engagements.
You will partner with model owners across Finance, Quantitative Research and Growth Analytics to remediate findings and strengthen governance, communicating with senior stakeholders.
