Key Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain remote monitoring and management platforms
• Administer endpoint and network monitoring tools




• Configure firewalls and troubleshoot security systems
• Develop and manage PowerShell automation scripts
• Maintain accurate client documentation and IT processes

Requirements:
• Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
• Proficient with RMM, PSA, and related tools
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
