Key Responsibilities:
• Define AI learning capabilities in collaboration with leaders
• Execute an AI learning roadmap aligned with business trends

• Oversee the lifecycle of strategic AI learning initiatives
• Manage program budgets and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:
• 8+ years in learning and development or change management
• Familiarity with LMS (preferably SuccessFactors)
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of AI applications in business
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
