Sullivan Festeryga LLP is presently recruiting for a Law Clerk with a background in residential real estate.
Experience and proficiency with Teraview, Unity, and PCLaw
Managing residential purchase, sale and mortgage files from opening to closing report
Preparing and filing estate probate applications
Assisting in the preparation of wills and powers of attorney
Maintaining and updating corporate minute books, resolutions and various filings using online software
We offer group advantages and a salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience.
