Key Qualifications
Completion of a university degree in social science or related field as well as a postgraduate diploma with at least 5 years of progressive experience, preferably in government,



including at least 3 years of supervisor/management experience
Equivalencies
A university degree in a related field and at least 7 years of directly related experience in lieu of a post-graduate diploma
A college level diploma in a related field and at least 10 years of progressively responsible directly related experience, including three in a supervisory or management capacity
Relevant education includes:
Business Administration, Economics, Indigenous Governance, Law, Political Science, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences
Relevant experience includes:
Advising senior executives, Budget management, Policy development and analysis, Preparation of briefing materials, Program oversight, Stakeholder relations, Strategic planning,
