Key Responsibilities:
• Capture incoming reservation sales calls and details
• Process reservations and manage internal requests
• Run daily reports for operational departments
• Handle guest complaints professionally
• Confirm and guarantee reservations as needed
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in hotels or customer service
• Familiarity with Opera PMS preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced settings
• Valid work authorization for Canada
