A Day in the Life Lead day-to-day commercial roofing operations ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
Manage crews, manpower planning, and project scheduling
Support Foremen, Superintendents, and Project Managers to ensure successful project execution and resolve operational challenges
Build robust relationships with clients, field employees, and project stakeholders
Conduct site visits and provide leadership, coaching, and support to crews
Ensure compliance with Flynn's safety, quality,



and operational standards
Assist with hiring, employee development, performance management, and branch growth initiatives

Participate in project planning, forecasting, and operational meetings
Requirements 5+ years of direct commercial roofing experience
Previous leadership experience as a Roofing Manager, Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar role
Strong knowledge of commercial flat roofing systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience managing multiple projects, crews, and priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check
