Overview Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is seeking a dedicated Home and Community Physiotherapist to join our team in Toronto. Provide specialized physiotherapy care to individuals in their homes and within the community. Both full-time and part time opportunities are available.
Responsibilities Provide physiotherapy services in home and community settings, with a holistic view of client needs.
Collaborate with a team and contribute to a positive culture that supports ongoing learning and sharing best practices.
Manage your schedule with CTG’s flexibility to accommodate other obligations.
Qualifications Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
Valid Driver’s License (G2/G) and a reliable insured vehicle
Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check
ADP Authorizer is preferred
