In your role as a Senior MDS Registered Nurse, you will oversee the completion of MDS assessments, training new coordinators, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight on weekly PDPM meetings
• Track facility utilization of PDPM tools




• Conduct assessments for new admissions
• Evaluate and revise resident care plans

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• Licensed and in positive standing with State Board
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of PCC preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
