Excel as a Senior MDS Registered Nurse overseeing resident assessment protocols and care planning. This essential role requires expertise in MDS and PDPM to ensure quality outcomes.

In your role as a Senior MDS Registered Nurse, you will oversee the completion of MDS assessments, training new coordinators, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Your focus will include continuous monitoring of QM and QASP metrics, delivering valuable data analysis, and strengthening care plans through interdisciplinary collaboration. Your leadership will influence optimal resident outcomes and provide essential oversight during the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight on weekly PDPM meetings
• Track facility utilization of PDPM tools




• Conduct assessments for new admissions
• Evaluate and revise resident care plans
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• Licensed and in positive standing with State Board
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of PCC preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
