Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate services for individuals with spinal cord injuries
• Act as an advisor and facilitator for clients and families
• Support goal setting in housing, health, and wellness
• Provide education on spinal cord injury-related topics
Requirements:
• University Degree in social sciences or rehabilitation
• Minimum three years' experience in community services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven assessment and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to travel within the Toronto area
Lead impactful change and support individuals living with spinal cord injuries through informed navigation and advocacy.
