Impact is looking for a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Operator to ensure the safety and functionality of its building. Contribute to a secure and welcoming environment for all users.

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facilities, performing inspections, minor repairs, and coordinating vendor services. Your expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems will be crucial for maintaining efficiency. Strong communication skills will aid in addressing tenant and visitor needs promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections and address deficiencies
• Manage third-party vendor services effectively
• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks




• Assist with office setups and corporate events
• Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
• At least 2 years of facility maintenance experience
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Capacity to perform physical tasks outdoors and indoors
